TP3011?is a resin type matt curing agent with epoxy resin as a co-reactant designed for use in polyester/epoxy?hybrid powder coating systems to provide about 8% low gloss and excellent coating resistance, surface hardness and scratch resistance.

Dosage

1.?Mix together with other ingredients in the formulation in a high-speed mixer and then extruded through an extruder.

2.?Recommended dosage is 1-6% of the total weight of the formulation, depending on the desired gloss. Based on the chemical equivalent of TP3011, an additional 1.4?parts by weight of E12 epoxy resin is required to react with TP3011?parts by weight per part by weight.
